How to order
- If you're a new customer, take a look at placing Your First Order ? See the below.
Otherwise, just skip it. - The minimum order value is $3 for domestic order , $10 for foreign order. Your order need to reach to minimum order value.
- The minimum order value means the subtotal excluding coupons, gift wrap, shipping and tax on the "Checkout" page.
Placing Your Order
- Find what you want to buy ! => If you already know what you want to buy, just type its name in any of the search boxes around the website. You also can use menu buttons to find an item.
- Add it to your shopping cart ! => Just click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product information page. The Shopping Cart is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items from the Cart or update quantity if you change your mind.
- More Items ? => Just click "Keep Shopping" button. When you've added everything you want to the Cart, click "View Cart" in the top right-hand corner of the page.
- Check the shipping cost at cart page => Click "View Cart". Fill in your zip code and state. Click “Update”. Then you can see the total amount including the shipping cost and tax.
- Want to finish shopping ? => Click "Check Out" button and then follow the directions to put in your information. Confirm your order and click “Submit”. Your order will be declined if your billing/shipping information does not match with your credit card.
- Get order confirmation email ! => Go to your email immediately. Review the order confirmation email.
- Track your package ! => You will get the shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. Track the package.

Shipping cost and Tax
- The shipping cost you paid is calculated automatically by the destination, weight, volume, handling cost, etc. The shipping rates do not include any taxes or duties.
- If the total weight of your items is over limit, the shipping cost may not be calculated automatically and then we will contact you after recalculate the shipping cost.
- Orders shipped to Illinois are subject to state sales tax.
- Orders shipped to other countries outside the United States ; Any duties, taxes, and/or fees that be imposed by the rule/law of the destination country may be required by the carrier or the facility of the destination country.
Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order at any time before you click on the CHECKOUT button on the payment screen by emptying your cart or closing your browser.
- If you wish to cancel your order after you have clicked CHECKOUT, contact us immediately via email or phone. If your order is before processing, the cancellation request will be processed. The cancellation fee (5% of the total amount) may be applied.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing
We ship out orders within 1-3 business days. However the shipment may be delayed due to circumstances such as credit authorization, backordered item, insufficient or inaccurate information provided when placing the order and incomplete payment. The delivery terms may be delayed due to the carrier's reason or not being available for delivery. (No time guaranteed delivery)
When the order is processed, the shipping confirmation email with the tracking number is posted to the buyer’s email.

- Any duties, taxes, and/or fees that be imposed by the rule/law of the destination country may be required by the carrier or the facility of the destination country.
The buyer or addressee is responsible for the charges.
- Please be aware that we do not know import regulations of your country. Because every country has own restrictions & prohibitions for certain items or ingredients,
this is your responsibility to figure out the restrictions before ordering items.
Undeliverable, Refused Packages
Any package returned to us without prior approval from us (unauthorized returns, refused packages, incorrect address, etc) will be treated as general returns. Order will be canceled and all cost including return costs and/or re-stocking fee will be applied.
If a package has not been delivered on the delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible as we do have a time frame to set up claims and or investigations with our mail carriers. We cannot guarantee any results for deliveries after the package has been delivered for more than 30 days from when you claim. Unfortunately, we have a time frame that we cannot overlook and if the package shows to have been delivered more than 30 days ago we cannot assure a claim can be set up with the carriers. If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proofread your order before finalizing it. Furthermore, packages that are refused or deemed undeliverable, for any reason, will not be resolved with a refund or a reshipment until the parcel is deemed "LOST" by the shipping carrier or returned to our facility.
Incorrect or insufficient shipping address may cause a package to be returned or an additional cost for the correction. You are responsible for charges incurred by the refusal or return of package by providing us wrong information. The charges include sending and returning shipping fees, taxes and duties, and carrier's processing fees.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery with our prior approval. The returned item(s) must be in its original product packaging with any seals and shrink-wrap intact and no damage in transit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
All fund will be issued to the credit/debit card or Paypal account that was charged.
Mistake or Faulty Claims
Please inspect your order upon packing slip and contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will provide the postage/label for the return if the issue is approved. A full refund will be issued if the return has no problem.
If the defective item is the manufacturer warranty item, it can be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. You may contact the manufacturer customer service to be evaluated and covered the issue. Please remind that you have to register your appliance with the manufacturer in order to get the warranty.
General Return & Refund
You must Items must be sent back within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery in new condition. Items cannot be worn or tried on, must be in the original packaging with all tags attached and be repackaged in the same manner as received. We do not provide return labels for returning items.
If you are located outside the U.S., you are responsible for any taxes, duties and processing fees incurred because of returning or refusing package acceptance.
You must contact us to get a RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number via email before returning the item(s).
We reserve the right to refuse refunds to any package received without contacting us.
RMA number must be shown on the return package otherwise the return package may be refused to be received.
The returned item(s) must be in its original product packaging with any seals and shrink-wrap intact and no damage in transit.
Product Return Conditions ;
We are unable to refund items that are open, used, damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Hair : The items must be returned in original package, unopened within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Hair Care/Skin Care Products : The items must be returned in original package, unopened within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Electrical Products: All electrical products may be returned in original package, in original condition within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Magazines, Books : No returns will be accepted.
- Clearance/Wholesale items: No returns will be accepted.
The shipping and handling cost that you paid are not refundable. Also 20% restocking fee for the amount price you paid for the item will be charged for all returns.
All returns due to any undeliverable reason* will be charged the return cost* and 20% restocking fee.
* Undeliverable reasons : Refuse, Non-claim, incorrect/insufficient address, etc.
* Return cost : If the carrier charge the cost for the return and any fee.
Discounts from promotions and carrier’s shipping cost will be deducted from the returned item(s). If you return any items from an order that received FREE SHIPPING or FLAT RATE SHIPPING, the carrier cost that we covered will be reversed and deducted from your return.
Within 5 days after we received the return item(s), the refund will be issued if the return has no problem.
All fund will be issued to the credit/debit card or Paypal account that was charged.
