As a setting lotion, Pre-Con Wrap Lotion is easy to use, works quickly and will not flake. This product also neutralizes all relaxers and straighteners. It is non-greasy and non-sticky. After shampooing and conditioning, towel dry hair, then apply Pre-Con Wrap Lotion until hair is saturated. Comb through and set or style as desired.
